The Jammu and Kashmir Police has claimed to have arrested two militants affiliated to Hizbul Mujahideen militant outfit in Awantipora township of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Police in an issued statement said that both were apprehended after acting on a credible leads about the movement of militants in Dugripora Panzgam area, a joint naka party was established by RR, Awantipora police and CRPF. The duo was chased and apprehended. Upon their search one UBGL thrower, two hand grenades and some other ammunitions were recovered.
In this regard police has started investigation
